You can raise questions about how to apply the Code of Ethics or report a possible breach. You don’t need to have all the evidence: it’s enough to report it in good faith.
Ethics mailbox
etica@guila-group.com- It’s managed by the Ethics Committee, made up of Administration, Operations and Human Resources. Only its members have access to the mailbox.
- It’s open to employees, suppliers and any third party.
- We guarantee the confidentiality of the person reporting and of anyone concerned.
- No one will suffer retaliation for reporting something in good faith.
In writing
In a sealed envelope addressed to the «Comité de Ética de GUILÁ Group» (Ethics Committee): Polígono Industrial La Pobla, 7-9, 08260 Súria (Barcelona), Spain. This route also lets you report anonymously.
Acknowledgement within 7 days · Resolution within 3 months at most
